Q1. What is your payment term?
A1. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
Q2. How about lead time?
A2. Usually we need 15-20 days to produce playground. If you want to be fast, please tell us in advance.
Q3. If the price including shipping cost and send to my address?
A3. We always use FOB Ningbo as incoterm. Shipping cost changed every week, so we will quote you before booking shipment.
Send to your address mean door-to-door service which only support in few countries. Please double check with us.
